เกม Street Food Idle (“เกม”) เผยแพร่บน Google Play โดย Nidnoi Games ซึ่งเป็นชื่อผู้พัฒนาของ Kittipat Thepmee นักพัฒนาอิสระในประเทศไทย Nidnoi Games เป็นผู้ควบคุมข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลตามพระราชบัญญัติคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล พ.ศ. 2562 (PDPA) สำหรับข้อมูลที่อธิบายในหน้านี้

4. โฆษณา

เกมนี้มีเฉพาะโฆษณาแบบรับรางวัล ซึ่งคุณเลือกดูเองเมื่อต้องการรางวัล
Google อาจใช้รหัสโฆษณาเพื่อแสดงโฆษณาที่ปรับให้เหมาะกับคุณ คุณรีเซ็ตหรือลบรหัสโฆษณาได้ที่ การตั้งค่า → ความเป็นส่วนตัว → โฆษณา (ชื่อเมนูอาจต่างกันตามรุ่นโทรศัพท์)

5. ผู้รับข้อมูล

6. การส่งข้อมูลไปต่างประเทศ

Google และ Cloudflare ประมวลผลข้อมูลบนเซิร์ฟเวอร์ในหลายประเทศ รวมถึงสหรัฐอเมริกา เราส่งข้อมูลไปต่างประเทศตามหลักเกณฑ์ของ PDPA เช่น เมื่อจำเป็นต่อการปฏิบัติตามสัญญากับคุณ (อย่างการตรวจสอบการซื้อ) และอาศัยมาตรการคุ้มครองข้อมูลตามสัญญาของผู้ให้บริการเหล่านี้

7. เด็กและผู้เยาว์

เกมนี้ออกแบบสำหรับผู้เล่นอายุ 13 ปีขึ้นไป และไม่ได้มุ่งเป้าไปที่เด็กอายุต่ำกว่า 13 ปี เราไม่ตั้งใจเก็บข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของเด็กอายุต่ำกว่า 13 ปี หากคุณเชื่อว่าเด็กให้ข้อมูลแก่เรา โปรดติดต่อเราเพื่อลบข้อมูลนั้น หากคุณอายุต่ำกว่า 20 ปี (ผู้เยาว์ตามกฎหมายไทย) โปรดขออนุญาตพ่อแม่หรือผู้ปกครองก่อนซื้อสินค้าในเกม

วิธีใช้สิทธิ: ส่งอีเมลถึง nidnoigames@gmail.com เนื่องจากเกมไม่มีบัญชีผู้ใช้ หากคำขอเกี่ยวกับการซื้อ โปรดแนบหมายเลขคำสั่งซื้อ Google Play (ขึ้นต้นด้วย GPA.) การลบเกมหรือล้างข้อมูลแอปจะลบความคืบหน้าและรหัสการติดตั้งออกจากโทรศัพท์ของคุณทันทีและกู้คืนไม่ได้ เพราะเกมไม่มีการบันทึกบนคลาวด์ เราจะตอบภายใน 30 วัน

9. ความปลอดภัย

ข้อมูลที่ส่งระหว่างเกม Google และเซิร์ฟเวอร์ของเราถูกเข้ารหัสด้วย HTTPS (TLS) ส่วนจัดการของเซิร์ฟเวอร์ป้องกันด้วยกุญแจลับที่มีเฉพาะผู้พัฒนา อย่างไรก็ตาม ไม่มีระบบใดปลอดภัยได้ 100%

10. การเปลี่ยนแปลงนโยบาย

1. Who we are

Street Food Idle (“the game”) is published on Google Play by Nidnoi Games, the developer name of Kittipat Thepmee, an independent developer in Thailand. Nidnoi Games is the data controller under Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) (“PDPA”) for the data described on this page.

2. The short version

There are no accounts and no sign-in. We never ask for your name, email, phone number, contacts or photos.
Your progress is saved on your phone.
Google provides the ads (AdMob), usage statistics and crash reports (Firebase) and payments (Google Play). These services collect device data such as your advertising ID and IP address.
Our own server only sees a random install ID and the purchase details when you buy something in the game, so it can check the purchase with Google.
We don’t sell your personal data.

3. What we collect, why, and for how long

Game progress and settings

Data: In-game money, stalls, upgrades, language and sound settings
Kept: On your phone only
Why: To run the game and work out what you earned while away
Legal basis: Contract (providing the game you chose to play)
How long: Until you uninstall the game or clear its data

Install ID

Data: A random code created the first time you open the game. It isn’t linked to your name or Google account.
Kept: On your phone; sent to our server only together with a purchase
Why: So each purchase is granted once and can be restored after a reinstall
Legal basis: Contract
How long: On the phone until you uninstall; on our server as part of the purchase record

Purchase records

Data: Product bought, purchase token, Google Play order number, purchase status, Google’s verification reply, install ID and time
Kept: Our server (run on Cloudflare) and Google Play
Why: To check purchases with Google, grant items once, restore purchases, and handle refunds and fraud
Legal basis: Contract; legitimate interests (fraud prevention)
How long: While the game is available, then deleted within 12 months after it closes

Gameplay events and device information

Data: Events such as session start, progress milestones, rewarded ads offered and watched, shop opened, purchases started and completed (with the price in baht) and error codes. Google Analytics for Firebase also collects, automatically: app instance ID, device model, Android version, language, general location derived from your IP address, and the advertising ID where available.

Why: To understand how the game is played, balance it and fix problems

How long: Event-level data 2 months (Google Analytics’ shortest setting); summary reports longer

Crash reports

Data: Error details (stack trace), the device’s state when the crash happened, and a Crashlytics installation ID
Collected by: Google (Firebase Crashlytics)
Why: To find and fix crashes
Legal basis: Legitimate interests
How long: 90 days

Advertising data

Data: Advertising ID, app set ID, IP address (used to estimate general location), ad interactions such as views and taps, and diagnostics
Collected by: Google (AdMob)
Why: To show rewarded ads, measure them and prevent ad fraud
Legal basis: Legitimate interests; your consent where the law requires it (personalised ads)

Payments

Data: Google Play takes the payment. We never see your card or bank details.

Data: Your email address and message

How long: Up to 12 months after the conversation ends

Game settings from our server: when the game downloads settings, such as balance values, from our server, the request carries no identifier for you. Like any internet request, it includes your IP address, which Cloudflare, our server provider, processes to deliver the response and protect the service. We don’t store IP addresses in our database.

If you don’t provide data: most of the data above is collected automatically so the game can work. If you’d rather it weren’t, you can reset or delete your advertising ID (section 4) or uninstall the game. Purchases can’t be completed without the purchase details.

4. Ads

The game only has rewarded ads, which you choose to watch when you want the reward.
Google may use your advertising ID to show personalised ads. You can reset or delete it in Settings → Privacy → Ads (menu names vary by phone).
Where the law requires it, the game asks for your consent before showing personalised ads and offers a “Privacy options” button so you can change your choice later.

5. Who receives data

Google: AdMob, Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics and Google Play (payments and purchase checks). See the Google Privacy Policy and the Google Payments Privacy Notice.
Cloudflare: runs our small server (purchase checks and game settings). See Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy.
Public authorities, when the law requires it.

We don’t sell personal data, and we don’t pass it to other companies for their marketing, apart from Google’s ad serving described above.

6. Data sent outside Thailand

Google and Cloudflare process data on servers in many countries, including the United States. We transfer data abroad under the PDPA’s rules, for example where it is needed to perform our contract with you (such as checking a purchase), and we rely on these providers’ contractual data-protection commitments.

7. Children and minors

The game is designed for players aged 13 and over and isn’t directed at children under 13. We don’t knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us and we will delete it. If you are under 20 (a minor under Thai law), please ask a parent or guardian before you buy anything in the game.

8. Your rights

Under the PDPA you can:

access your personal data and get a copy
receive it in a commonly used format, or have it sent to someone else
object to its collection, use or disclosure
have it deleted, destroyed or made anonymous
have its use restricted
have it corrected
withdraw any consent you gave, at any time
complain to the Office of the Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC), www.pdpc.or.th

How: email nidnoigames@gmail.com. Because the game has no accounts, include your Google Play order number (it starts with GPA.) for anything about a purchase. Uninstalling the game or clearing its data removes your progress and install ID from your phone straight away; this can’t be undone, as there is no cloud save. We reply within 30 days.

9. Security

Data sent between the game, Google and our server is encrypted with HTTPS (TLS). Our server’s admin functions are protected by secret keys that only the developer holds. No system is perfectly secure.

10. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date at the top. For important changes we will also tell you in the game.
